Event Photography
Photography and video recording will take place at this event. By entering the event space, attendees grant the event organizers the right to use images and recordings taken during the event for promotional and documentation purposes, including use on websites, social media, and other media platforms.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please do one of the following:
Let the photographer or videographer know directly. AniAmes photographers will be clearly marked by an AniAmes staff shirt and/or staff lanyard.
Step aside or alert staff if you're uncomfortable being in a specific shot.
We’ll make every reasonable effort to honor these preferences.
Third Party Photography
While we do our best to respect everyone’s privacy and preferences, please be aware that AniAmes is a public event and attendees may be photographed or recorded. Photography and videography by guests, attendees, or other third parties should ensure they receive consent from the people they are photographing. AniAmes is not liable for any photos/videos that are taken and uploaded by third parties. However, if you experience or witness someone taking photos or videos of others without consent that is making them uncomfortable, please report to staff immediately.
